Zibib arabice passule.

Translation:

Zibib is Arabic for Latin passule {"raisins"}.

Commentary:

Wehr (1976): ﺯﺑﻴﺐ /zabīb/ "dried grapes, raisins".
A vocalisation closer to Simon’s is recorded by de Alcalá (1883: 432) uuas passas {i.e. "raisins"} zibíba zibíb: [[1]]. Although this source dates from two centuries after Simon it shows that these forms were still used by the Morisco community in Spain.

Cf. also the Maghrebi Arabic pronunciation of this word: /zbib/; cf. Prémare (1993-9: V.278): zbīb "raisins secs".

Latin passulae is the diminutive form of (uvae) passae "raisins".
