Kelle is Greek for hernia, keletes is in Latin herniosus {"one who is ruptured"}, and if you pronounce it kili and kilitis you say it like a Greek speaker.

Commentary:

Greek κήλη /kḗlē/ means "tumour, esp. rupture, hernia". κηλήτης /kēlḗtēs/ κηλήτης "one who is ruptured". Simon transcribes the itacist pronunciation /kíli/ and /kilítis/.
